SU-KAM Unveils Torque Home UPS

Su-Kam, leaders in the power back-up industry and widely known for their premium high quality products have launched the Torque range of Home UPS systems. Powerful and sensitive at the same time, Torque will run all your IT equipment and your electrical appliances single handedly, smoothly, without a break.

The Torque comes in a range of 650 VA, 850 VA and 1500 VA and ensures safe running of sophisticated home appliances as well as IT equipments. Torque takes only a few milliseconds to switch in to battery mode in the absence of mains. That means the electrical equipments will get constant power. Torque range is equipped with charging technology which enables the batteries to get charged 40% faster than other systems. So, even if the mains power fails repeatedly, the battery back- up will snap into action every time. It provides longer back-up to computers as compared to conventional UPS systems.

Its superior HCLC (High Cut / Low Cut) technology ensures that the system automatically snaps into battery mode incase there is a high or a low voltage. Su-kam’s Home UPS has the highest Cold Load Capability which means if 12 tubelights are connected to Torque and it is switched on, all the tubelights will be on at the same time
Torque has a special Automatic Overload Sensing Feature which alerts the user in case of overload with repeated beep alarms

Fuzzy Logic Control Technology
Su-Kam’s advanced Fuzzy Logic Control charging technology senses the requirement of the battery and controls the charging process accordingly. This technology ensures:
•    Huge Savings on Electricity

Su-Kam Launches Home UPS System

Su-Kam, the power back-up vendor has introduced its new Shiny home UPS. The company claims that the UPS provides pure AC power equivalent to grid power.

Its HCLC (High Cut/Low Cut) technology provides protection to appliances in case of any irregularities and disturbances in the grid supply, like short circuits, overload, high and low voltage.

Shiny’s Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) minimizes the amount of AC powr required to charge the batteries. Priced at Rs 5700, Su-kam Shiny home UPS is compatible with all batteries.

The Shiny has a slider switch that allows choosing between UPS mode and Wide UPS mode. In the UPS mode, the input voltage window is 185 V to 260 V. In the Wide UPS mode, the input voltage window is 105 V to 275 V. The two-way slider selection switch gives the option to select any battery type and charging and helps in enhancing battery life.

Incase of overload, Su-Kam’s system overload alarm resets the home UPS automatically. The system will retry eight times to run the existing load. It also switches to battery mode silently, without letting anyone notice that the power supply has failed.
