Google Docs adds multi-user collaboration function

Google is adding more collaborative functionality to Google Docs, allowing multiple users to share notes and edit shared documents simultaneously.
According to Matthew Glotzbach, product management director of Google Enterprise, the "Discussion" feature in Google aims to shorten the feedback cycle.
The functionality is integrated with e-mail, allowing users to keep in touch with the changes.
Google has also introduced scheduled releases for enterprise users. IT departments can choose when to switch on new functionality. "Features are disabled until the enterprise is ready to upgrade," said Matthew Glotzbach.
