The version available at JB Hi-Fi is unlocked, while Telstra version will be expectedly locked to the telecom operator.
But, the offer is only valid till May 3, so you better hurry. As we have already reported that the test version of tablet’s Gingerbread update is already reaching telecom operators, so you might get lucky soon after the purchase.
To remind you, Samsung Galaxy Tab comes with 7-inch display with 1024×600-pixel touchscreen, Android 2.2 Froyo, Wi-Fi, HSDPA, Bluetooth 3.0, DLNA networking, and front and rear cameras for video calling.  The Tab also has a Cortex A8 1GHz proces.
